Emily Middendorp Guerra

MSc student

Emily obtained her Nanobiology BSc at the TU Delft/Erasmus MC (joint degree). For her graduation project, she worked in the Neuroscience laboratory led by Laurens Bosman on a computational model of the synchronization between whisking and respiration oscillatory movement in mice.

After her BSc degree, she enrolled for the Nanobiology MSc program. As part of the latter Emily joined our laboratory to complete her MSc with a thesis, under the supervision of Mathijs Verhagen, on the development of a computational approach based on scRNAseq data to study the plasticity of the colon epithelium upon inflammation.
